Shipping policy

Delivery

All orders from www.HavenwoodFurniture.co.uk can only be delivered to mainland UK. We do not offer international shipping. Certain areas can not be delivered to, please check the diagram below for exclusions. All Deliveries are free of charge.

Standard delivery typically takes up to 10 business days. During busy periods, deliveries may take slightly longer.

Please ensure your order details and delivery address are correct at checkout to avoid delays.

Any sort of personal unavailability and/or parking restrictions should be clarified beforehand to eliminate unnecessary delays.

All deliveries must be signed for. Before signing for delivery, please visually inspect your items to ensure the packaging and the product are in perfect condition and that your property has not been damaged in any way during the delivery process. Please report immediately to the delivery team if you notice any damage.

Our deliveries start in the morning, with the first drop typically being at 06:00 and finishing in the early afternoon hours. We aim to deliver goods between Monday - Saturday, however, weekend availability depends on the postcode location of the delivery address.

Our deliveries are currently ground floor only - however, You can opt to take advantage of our optional delivery service in case your property is located on the first floor or above in a multi-storey building [such as a second-floor flat]. This service is subject to a £20 charge for the first and second floors, or a £40 charge for the third and fourth floors - and is payable on the day of delivery to the delivery team. Please note that should a lift be present in which the packages will fit, no charge is applicable.

If you need to cancel or amend your delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Failure to do so may result in a re-delivery charge of up to £40. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery charge may also apply.
